OUR H.US.T.L.E. is a job readiness and workforce development program for individuals looking to successfully penetrate the job market, find a career pathway, or start a small business.  H.U.S.T.L.E. connects teens to young adults with the necessary soft skills training, tools, and resources to set goals, coupled with a plan and strategy to achieve them. H.U.S.T.L.E. provides leadership development within OUR job readiness curriculum which includes activities such as life skills, decision-making, financial literacy, organizational skills training, problem solving, and work behavior.
